- Retired military personnel's requirements in Balochistan and Gilgit-Baltistan:
- Havaldar, Sepoy, and Lance Naik are examples of retired military soldiers who must have at least a middle-level education, according to WAPDA.
- The following circumstances hold true:
- The WAPDA projects in Pakistan are the reason for this hiring. Any WAPDA project may deploy chosen individuals.
- An "A" medical category, at least 18 years of army service, and good behaviour are requirements for retired military personnel.
- People with experience in operations, rescue operations, navigation, marksmanship, and operations in Kashmir and Balochistan would be given preference.
- Also preferred are qualified and decorated SSG (Special Service Group) commandos who have successfully finished the commando course
